Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL DURING A SALE.  No Combining of orders.

We hope that you love your purchase from Macaron + Me, but if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase or your item is not fit to perfection, you may return it to us for a full refund or for store credit within 3O days as specified below:


Returned good must be returned in the original packaging with tags, unused, unwashed, and unworn.  All items will be inspected upon return before a refund can be made.  Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.  


Labels for store credit returns will be generated for free as part of our friendly return policy.  If you would like a full refund on your item, a pre-paid label is available for $8.95, which will be deducted from your overall refund total.  We recommend an insured and trackable mail service and Macaron + Me cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the return shipment.  

All exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit so that you may make a new purchase for your replacement item(s).  This exchange policy is implemented because of the fluctuating inventory changes on a daily basis.
